Residential Moving Cleaning Service FAQ
What is included in a residential move-in or move-out clean?
Our service provides a thorough, commercial-grade clean. We sanitize kitchens (including inside and outside of appliances and cabinets), scrub bathrooms, doors, light fixtures, and perform comprehensive floor care throughout the entire home.
Do I need to supply cleaning products or equipment?
No. We bring all professional-grade cleaning supplies, specialized surface disinfectants, and commercial equipment needed to complete the service.
Do appliances need to be empty before service?
Yes. To ensure a thorough deep clean inside refrigerators, freezers, ovens, and cabinets, we ask that all personal items and food be removed prior to our arrival.
How far in advance should I book my move-in/move-out clean?
We recommend scheduling as soon as your moving dates are finalized, ideally 3 to 7 days in advance. However, we do our best to accommodate last-minute or quick-turnaround move-outs when availability permits.
Do I need to be present during the cleaning?
No. As long as we have clear access to the property (via key, entry code, or lockbox), you do not need to stay on-site. We will notify you as soon as the service is completed.
Do I have to be completely moved out before the service?
Yes. In order to keep your rate competitive, we ask that the residence be empty before the service begin so we can be as efficient as possible.
